A family-run restaurant in Huai Khwang where the masala is ground fresh every morning, the paneer is set in-house each day, and the tandoor is a real charcoal-fired clay oven — not a gas convection imitation.
We are 2 minutes walk from Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium and Lancaster Hotel. Our chef from Uttarakhand hand-cooks every dish from scratch — the kind of North Indian cooking you would find in a neighborhood kitchen in Amritsar or Delhi. Halal-friendly: we source halal-marked chicken (CP Foods, Betagro) and fresh ingredients daily from Makro (the restaurant itself is not formally CICOT-certified). Our 30-40 seat dining room offers two seating styles — standard tables and a traditional Dastarkhan-style floor corner with cushions.
Hand-picked from our 200+ item menu — these are what regulars order again and again, made fresh from scratch by our chef.

Four things you'll notice the moment you walk in — and taste with the first bite.
480°C clay oven, fired with charcoal. Not a gas convection unit. The smoke and char are real.
Halal-marked chicken, mutton, vegetables sourced daily from Makro (CP Foods, Betagro). No pork in the kitchen.
Masalas ground each morning. Paneer set in-house daily. No pre-made curry pastes, ever.
Walking distance from Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium and Lancaster Hotel. Free parking next door.
Our 30-40 seat dining room offers a choice you won't find at most Indian restaurants in Bangkok — sit Western-style at a table, or shoes-off on cushions at our Dastarkhan corner.
Comfortable chair-and-table dining for couples, families, and business meals. Most of the room is set this way — easy for groups, conversation flows across the table.
The traditional way to share an Indian meal — shoes off, cushions on the floor, food spread across a low cloth. A corner of our dining room is set this way for friends who want to linger.
Mention your seating preference when you reserve — we'll set the room for you.
One chef. Years of professional Indian kitchen experience. Hand-cooks every dish that leaves our kitchen.
He runs every station personally — the tandoor, the gravies, the biryani, the breads. The masalas are ground fresh each morning. The paneer is set in-house every day. The combination of his Uttarakhand home cuisine plus professional training is why our menu reads the way it does — rooted in Punjabi-style North Indian food with the warmth of Pahari (mountain) cooking. If butter chicken is your benchmark, this is the kitchen to try it in.
Warm wood, copper lamps, charcoal smoke from the tandoor — and food that lands hot at your table.
